This is the third piece of the golden mining outfit that the Nymph gives to players. Players with the full outfit can store it in the armour case of the costume room of their player-owned house.
It can be used as a substitute for the Gold helmet when accessing the Arzinian Mines.
Players with the full outfit and any piece of Varrock armour can wear either platebody to get both the 2.5% Mining XP bonus and the extra ore bonus. Players must also be wearing the other four pieces of the golden mining outfit, and any extra ore mined is still determined by the level of Varrock armour. |
