Location:	Talk to the Quartermaster in your clan's Citadel Keep to get an Uncharged ring. You will need to gather enough resources in your Citadel to be eligible.
Uses:	The ring can be charged on a resource plot in your Citadel. Depending on the type of resource, it will then change into a resource ring (e.g. Woodcutting ring).
Notes:	You can receive a maximum of one ring per week. You can own only one ring. To get a new Uncharged ring, you need to use up or destroy your current skilling ring and gain enough resources to claim your next Uncharged ring.
