This monster spawns multiple level 110 A Doubt, which you can safely ignore as they disappear when The Inadequacy dies.

No prayers can be used whilst fighting this monster, however Cyrisus is on hand to provide support. It attacks with either melee, or ranged if you're out of its reach.
