Examine Boots made for climbing.
Location Obtained from Freda during the Death Plateau quest. Freda's cottage can be found to the west of Burthorpe and the Warriors' Guild.

Used in
Uses Dunstan, Burthorpe's blacksmith, can turn these into spiked boots. He'll need an iron bar to do so.
Notes You can only have one pair of climbing boots at a time. Should you lose yours, you can buy another pair from Freda for 12 coins.

Not to be confused with rock climbing boots, which add a +2 bonus to strength.

If you completed Death Plateau before the 12th of February 2012 you may have to do this quest again for Freda to offer selling you these boots.
