Location:	Made by applying a Weapon poison to a Promethium spear.
Uses:	Used as a Tier 10 poisoned spear. Required level 90 Attack to wield.
Notes:	This item couldn't be removed from Daemonheim, but could be carried to the next level with the bind feature. On the 20th of November 2014 with the release of Evolution of Combat all poisoned items were removed from the game.
