When charged this insignia has two effects:
Passive:
- Acts as a ring of wealth (effect does not stack).
- 5% boost to agility lap bonus xp.
- 5% boost to firemaking when using pyre ships.
- 5% chance for a mining rock not to be consumed when successfully struck.
- Increases chance of chewed bones from mithril dragons and obtaining a dragon full helm from pyre ships.
- Active: Chance to apply a larger damage over time effect (up to 2000) to your target whilst in combat.
Active:
- Provides twice as much luck as a ring of wealth (effect does not stack).
- 10% boost to agility lap bonus xp.
- 10% boost to firemaking when using pyre ships.
- 10% chance for a mining rock not to be consumed when successfully struck.
- Greatly increased chances of chewed bones from mithril dragons and obtaining a dragon full helm from pyre ships.
