| Obtained as a rare drop (base drop chance of 1/2,500) from the Kalphite Queen or Exiled Kalphite Queen bosses (same chance for each). Inspect it to unlock the Kalphite Grublet pet, which can then be accessed from the pets interface under the Hero tab. |

As for many other boss pets, after killing the (Exiled) Kalphite Queen a certain amount of times, your chances of receiving the pet increase. In particular, for every five hundred kills, your chance increases by 1/2,500. This is capped after nine such increases with a maximum chance of 1/250. |
