Location:	Pick Nettles using a pair of gloves from one of the various nettle patches. Use with a filled bowl of water and then use the bowl on a stove or fire to make nettle tea. Use the bowl with cup and then add a bucket of milk.

Uses:	Heals life points when consumed. In Ghosts Ahoy Quest, use with Old Crone. See the quest guide. Skippy: See the Mogres and Skippy Guide. Helping Skippy allows you access to Mogres which can be a slayer task (level 32 slayer required), and Mogre bones are a required part of the Rag and Bone Man Quest.
Notes:	Nettles can be found near the Canifis Slayer Master, just east of Draynor Manor, and in the ruins south of the Edgeville bank. If you don’t use gloves, you are going to get poisoned. Making nettle tea requires level 20 cooking and earns 25 cooking experience. The tea heals 400 life points. Cups can be found in Taverley, at the tea stall in south-east Varrock, and from the Culinaromancer’s Chest.
Heals:	500 Life Points at Constitution level 25 or higher.
