| Drop it and it will follow you around. When you have it out (not in bank or pack) for 2 to 4 hours, it will grow into an Overgrown cat. If you've done the Biohazard Quest, you can sell your cat to a civilian in West Ardougne for 100 death runes. |

Will run away if you die. Can be used to compete in the Rat Pits Minigame. Can chase rats to earn a medal from Gertrude. Can be turned into a hellcat by chasing hellrats if you've done that part of Recipe for Disaster quest. You cannot get a new Pet kitten while you own a kitten or a cat at this stage. You can get a new kitten if your adult cat/cats are in the menagerie of your player owned house. Cannot be taken into most Minigames and some areas (see guide). |
