Location: Obtained while improperly removing a heat globe from a pedestal during the 'Temple at Senntisten' quest.
Uses: Later on in the quest, it is attached to a smashed globe-holder and used to melt several ice blocks in the sub-dungeon of the Frozen Fortress after being tossed into a pit.
