Location:	Obtained by cooking a raw blue crab within Daemonheim (requires level 80 cooking). May also be found on the starting room table or obtained as a monster drop.
Made by:	Cooking Raw blue crab - requires level 80 Cooking and gives 191 Cooking xp.
Used in:	Portent of restoration IX -dg-
Uses:	Eat it to heal 1300 life points. Or add it to a Baked cave potato, (mushrooms optional), to heal more life points.
Notes:	This item cannot be removed from Daemonheim and cannot be carried to the next level with the bind feature. Burn rate is decreased by using higher tier logs and/or cooking on a range.
Heals:	2000 Life Points at Constitution level 99.
