Big Cat Guide

Introduction

Jagex has partnered with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to help raise awareness about big cats through an in-game event. During the course of the event, you can participate in a special version of the trivia game 'The Drop,' donate bonds for the cause (Jagex passes on much of the cost to charity), and even obtain cute pets. To get started, teleport to Burthorpe lodestone and talk to Conservationist Rohit Sharma, who is a few steps directly south. On the hour and half hour for the next five minutes (:00 to :05 and :30 to :35), you can enter a game and answer questions for points, which can then be redeemed for pets, titles, and more.

Rewards

After (correctly) answering questions about jaguars and other big cats in weeks to come, you may purchase rewards, as soon below. There is a cap of 12 points for each of the first two weeks, which have different questions. This makes a total of 24 points that one can earn.

Hover over each tab to see the rewards in each section. Rewards are available from the event, purchasable with points. The Lion and Snow leopard cubs are claimed for 'free' after donating 1 or 5 Bonds (cumulatively) to Conservationist Rohit Sharma, respectively. The small XP lamp is unlocked after answering one question correctly, and the medium one for answering all twelve questions correctly in one game.

All four of the companions can be used as Beasts of Burden during the four weeks of this event. Simply use any Beast of Burden pouch on it to impart the same benefits to it. For example, enjoy the storage space of a Pack yak without the stench!
