Notes	Bring a pirate hat (or bandanna) and an eye patch to him and he will sew them together. He can attach left eye patches or double eye patches. He can also attach a highwayman mask to a black cavalier hat, a mime mask to a black beret, or a crab claw to a pirate hook. If you have a combined set already, he can take them apart for you. Must have done Cabin Fever quest to reach Mos Le'Harmless.
