Correction:

This is the boss monster of the TokTz-Ket-Dill quest. Using protection prayers is NOT advised, as this provokes TokTz-Ket-Dill into using an unavoidable attack which regularly deals heavy damage! It can use this attack without you using prayer anyway, but much less often. Wearing good armour, bringing good food, and taking a defence potion is highly advised.

The monster is immune to most attacks until you break its armour by wielding (specifically) a rune pickaxe and attacking it until its armour breaks (this varies based on your mining level). After its armour breaks, use crushing weapons to finish it off. You can retreat through the entrance at any time. TokTz-Ket-Dill is immune to poison.
