Correction:
Notes Sagittare uses both ranged and magic attacks, and permanently prays against ranged. His attacks can hit multiple players. When you are hit by his ranged attack, you will temporarily be unable to run. His magic attack can temporarily freeze you in place. Consider using melee armour and weapons while praying against magic.

Every time Sagittare loses 20% of his life, he will shout "Arrow rain!", shooting a volley of arrows and teleporting away to another location in the room. Quickly run away to avoid being hit by the arrows. Consider using gatestones to reduce the amount of time you spend chasing Sagittare around.

Lower level versions of Sagittare actually have rather low magic defence, so you may find that using magic allows for a faster kill than using melee.
Correction:
Smuggler's Notes Sagittare is a skilled mercenary. He is extremely fast, and can render you immobile. It's best that you try to protect against his magical arrows and figure out how to chase him about the room.
