Habitat	Found in his house (the large building south of the Arboretum) in Darkmeyer during the Branches of Darkmeyer quest.

Correction:

Vanstom has a number of powerful attacks that should not be underestimated. You will need to use a blisterwood weapon, or combination of weapons for the fight. He will use a blood bomb attack that marks a particular tile, inflicting high damage if you do not run away within a few seconds. He will occasionally stand in the centre of the room and charge up, unleashing a "darkness" attack. Tilt the camera angle away from Vanstrom to avoid taking damage. He can also freeze you on the spot, or even summon bloodvelds to heal him in battle. Kill or draw away the attention of the bloodvelds to prevent this from happening. As his health runs low, he will disappear into a cloud of mist, dealing rapid damage. Throw your vial of holy water repeatedly at the mist to deal damage and kill Vanstrom. Once dead, he will emit a final energy burst, removing a large percentage of your lifepoints, triggering a cutscene.
