Tip.It Bestiary - Submitting Corrections

Correction:

Agoroth's difficulty and lifepoints scale with the player's combat level. His healthbar will be shown on top of the screen regardless of your position in the battle.

His primary attack is with his claws and does not have a specific combat style. Sometimes he will shield himself from all damage and slime shots will fall from above on the deck. In the barrage you take constant hits around 1400 lifepoints, so it's best to move out of the range.

He can also blast water in a conical rotation in front of him. Standing at any distance under the stream will make you take constant hits of about 300 lifepoints.

When standing further away from him, he summons two Tentacles to deal damage to you. It's best to simply move back into melee range.

As of an update in 2015, Agoroth's coin drops were doubled.
