Must be defeated during the Fremennik Isles quest.

This monster uses all 3 combat types, which includes ice spells. You should use protect from range prayer. Do NOT use protect from melee when fighting or he will continuously hit you across the room. You do not have to wear Yak-hide armour and a Fremennik round shield when fighting this beast, just have them in your inventory.

When killed you can remove its head from the corpse as proof of your victory.
