Made by Combining 2 Excrescence and Mutated vine - requires level 87 Fletching and gives 50 Fletching xp.
Used in
Uses When bolas hit their target, they prevent it from moving for a certain amount of time:
On most monsters, the freeze time is ten seconds.
On a player, the freeze time will be fifteen seconds.
Carrying a slash weapon will reduce the time you are frozen by 50%.
Praying protect from ranged or deflect ranged will reduce the time you are frozen by 50%.

The latter two effects stack.
