Location	Talk to the Quartermaster in your clan's Citadel Keep to get an Uncharged ring. You will need to gather enough resources in your Citadel to be eligible.

Uses	The ring can be charged on a resource plot in your Citadel. Depending on the type of resource, it will then change into a resource ring (e.g. Woodcutting ring).
Notes	You can receive a maximum of one ring per week. You can own only one ring. To get a new Uncharged ring, you need to use up or destroy your current skilling ring and gain enough resources to claim your next Uncharged ring.
