Examine An impressive pharaoh's sceptre.
Location Can be obtained by looting the engraved sarcophagus in the 8th room of Pyramid Plunder, which requires level 91 Thieving and level 75 Runecrafting.

Uses It requires level 30 Attack and level 30 Magic to wield. Wearing it will cause two urns to become visible in the last two rooms of Pyramid Plunder. These urns offer a better chance of getting good loot. In addition, you will also have a better chance of obtaining black ibis armour.

The sceptre also allows you to teleport to Jalsavrah (Pyramid Plunder), Jaleustrophos (Agility Pyramid), and Jaldraocht (Ancient Pyramid). It has ten charges. You don't have to be able to wield the sceptre to use its teleport functionality.
Notes Once the sceptre has ran out of charges, you can return to the Guardian Mummy to recharge it. You can choose between the following payments:
