Notes	Food will protect you from Ghast attacks which could damage you, the damage that they do ranges from 10-50. Rotten food is useless and should be thrown away. The "Priest in Peril" quest is required to enter Mort Myre Swamp to get rotten food by yourself. On a friendly Temple Trekking event, your rotten foods will get turned into stews.
