  • Passive: Chance to apply a small damage over time effect (up to 200) to your target whilst in combat.
  • Active: Chance to apply a larger damage over time effect (up to 2000) to your target whilst in combat.
Notes Once depleted, these can be changed with an insignia recharge token.
