Location	Pick Nettles using a pair of gloves from one of the various nettle patches. Nettles can be found Near the Canifis Slayer Master Just east of Draynor Manor Around Draynor jail north-east of the Dark wizards south of Varrock by the wall and Dungeon icon on the map In the ruins south of the Edgeville bank. If you don't use gloves, you will be poisoned.
