Notes	The drop rate for the shard is 1/200 and the threshold is 40. The threshold system means that after 40 kills the drop rate will increase to 2/200 (1/100) and a further 40 kills will increase it to 3/200 (1/66) and so on. After reaching the threshold 9 times, the drop rate can no longer increase.
