Uses	Use it to teleport to Rellekka, Waterbirth island, Jatizso or Neitiznot.
Notes	The Fossegrimen spirit will only accept "worthy" offerings in exchange for enchanting the lyre. A raw shark will provide 2 teleports, a raw manta ray will provide 3 teleports, and a raw sea turtle will provide 4 teleports. Wearing an activated Ring of charos from the Garden of Tranquility Quest allows players to charm her into allowing an offering of a raw bass. This will provide 2 teleports. Wearing the Fremennik sea boots (from the Fremennik Tasks) will provide players with 2 extra charges per offering at the altar. Wearing the boots when using the lyre - with charges or without - allows for one free (no charge used) teleport per day. Players can enchant the lyre from any location by contacting the Fossegrimen with the Fremennik sea boots to offer a sacrifice. The teleport destination of the enchanted lyre can be changed upon completion of the Fremennik hard or elite tasks. Completing all hard tasks gives the option to set the destination to Waterbirth Island, and completing all elite tasks gives the option to set the destination to Jatizso or Neitiznot. Speak to Olaf the Bard, who is located east of the main hall in Rellekka, to change the destination. It has a 'check teleport' option which states where the teleport location is set to.
