Location	Talk to Tegid south of Taverley next to the lake during the Mourning's Ends Part 1 quest. Ask him to help you - he will refuse. After he refuses search the laundry basket near him and steal some soap.

Uses	With a bucket full of water in your inventory, use the soap with the bloody mourner's top to make the mourner's top you need.
Notes	This can be re-obtained by stealing another during or after the quest. There are no other uses for the soap.
