Location	Obtained by fishing with a tiny net in the water tanks in Catherby fish shop while having a fishbowl with seaweed in the inventory.

Notes	If the fishbowl is dropped, it breaks into pieces. There are 3 types of fish: a blue fish, a green fish and a spinefish. This is the blue one.
