Examine	A bowl of nettle tea.
Location	Pick nettles using a pair of gloves (Slayer gloves will not work) from one of the various nettle patches. Nettles can be found near the Canifis Slayer Master, East of Draynor jail, and in the ruins south of the Edgeville bank.
Made by	Cooking Nettle-water - requires level 20 Cooking and gives 52 Cooking xp.
Used in
Uses	Heals life points when consumed. In Ghosts Ahoy Quest, use with Old Crone. See the quest guide. Skippy: See the Mogres and Skippy Guide. Helping Skippy allows you access to Mogres which can be a slayer task (level 32 slayer required), and Mogre bones are a required part of the Rag and Bone Man Quest.
Notes	If you don’t use gloves, you will get poisoned for picking them. Making nettle tea requires level 20 cooking and earns 25 cooking experience. Nettle tea heals 400 life points. You can pour the bowl of nettle-tea into cups. Cups can be found in Taverley, at the tea stall in south-east Varrock, and from the Culinaromancer’s Chest.
