Notes	Every 10 charges it says that it protects you from the desert heat. One charge is comparable to 1 dose of water in a waterskin. If destroyed, you drop a water tiara and the appropriate amount of water runes (3 per remaining charge.) The ability to craft this tiara is a reward from the Dealing with Scabaras quest, and requires 50 Runecrafting to do so.
