Uses	This helmet is required when you combat Wall beasts.
Notes	Neglecting to wield either a spiny helmet or Slayer helmet will cause Wall beasts to grab you and do you great damage. A spiny helmet is one of the components used to make a Slayer helmet, which requires level 55 Crafting and the completion of the Smoking Kills Quest to do. You will also need to have Earmuffs, a Face mask, a Black mask, and a Nose peg in your inventory to make the Slayer helmet.
