Used in
Uses	Use it to enter any of the mysterious ruins. Use this item on a Wicked hood to unlock the runes and equivalent altar teleport options with it. Using this tiara or the Omni talisman is the only way to unlock astral runes with the hood. The tiara cannot be taken out of the hood once consumed.
Notes	You can enter any Runecrafting altar with this tiara. If you have this on your head, you don't have to have the talisman in your inventory, freeing enough space for another rune essence. You do not receive any Runecrafting experience for making this tiara.
