Examine	I should use this with a spinning wheel.
Location	Can be picked. Flax plants can be found a large field south of Seers Village (west of Catherby), in Gnome Stronghold, Lletya, Taverley and Lunar Island. After you complete parts of the Seers' Village Tasks you can get 30, 60, 120 or 200 free flax from Geoffrey each day (depending on how far you've progressed). Can also be obtained from the Manage Thy Kingdom Minigame, when using resources with flax.

Uses	Spin into bowstrings for stringing unstrung bows. Also flax can be used on a loom to make an unfinished net. Players gain 1 Farming XP for each flax picked.
Notes	Flax plants give multiple flax per plant but do not last forever. They require time to "grow" or spawn again. Flax is a common way of making money. Flax can be picked and sold, or they can be spun into bowstrings to sell for more. When claiming flax from Geoffrey, you do not have to be wearing your Seers Headband.
