When used, this scroll grants a number of permanent herblore benefits:
- 12.5% chance to make a potion twice as fast
- 10.0% chance to save an ingredient when mixing a potion

Requires level 49 Dungeoneering and level 49 Herblore.
When making an unfinished potion (adding herb to vial of water), you have a 10% chance of saving the herb. When finishing a potion (adding secondary ingredient to unfinished potion), you have a 10% chance of saving the secondary ingredient. When mixing an extreme potion or an overload, you have a 10% chance of saving the herb. There have been reports of extreme potions behaving slightly erratic, more info and confirmations here on individual potions are welcome. |
