Uses:	Activate the skull to gain a temporary boost of several levels to Magic, depending on your level (i.e., 10 levels at 86).
Notes:	The skull acts as a potion with unlimited doses and only takes up one inventory place. You can only activate the skull every seven minutes, and only if you have no current boost to your magic level active (for example, if you have 90/90 you can use the boost, but you cannot use it at 91/90). A message appears in your chat when the seven minutes are up.
