Location:	During the Ghost Ahoy Quest, go to the Port Phasmatys dock area and talk to Ak Haranu about the Translation Manual. He asks for an oak longbow signed by Robin, master bowman. Give him the oak longbow signed by Robin and he gives you the manual.
Uses:	Use with the Old Crone north-east of the Canifis Slayer Master.
Notes:	You need a Ghost Speak Amulet to talk to the people.
