Uses:	Shows that you have been playing Runescape for at least ten years.
Notes:	Your account must be at least 10 years old before you can buy/wear this cape. When the skillcape emote is performed you leap into the air and transform into a golden X. Can be stored on a Cape Rack in the Costume Room of a member's Player-Owned House. Upon death, while having this item, 60,000gp will drop at your grave instead of the cape.
