| Half way through the Ape Atoll Agility Course, go into a prominent hole and pick the nuts from the tree there during the Recipe for Disaster Quest - Awowogei sub-quest. Crush the Tchiki monkey nuts with a pestle and mortar to prepare the meal. |

Ape Atoll Agility Course requires level 48 agility to enter and a ninja monkey greegree. You can take damage (die) during the course. You can get multiple Tchiki monkey nuts by dropping them as you pick them and then picking them up to save time. Be careful while using them because you might eat them. Heals 50 life points when eaten. |
