Location:	Movario's lair in the dungeon under the Khazard Battlefield building ruins, during the While Guthix Sleeps quest.
Uses:	Use on the west bookcase to reveal a set of stairs. Upstairs, use on the chest beneath the bed (after searching and disarming the trap) to unlock it.
Notes:	Obtained by searching the waste-basket near the desk in Movario's office.
