Location: Obtained once from NPCs Thaerisk Cemphier and Akrisae Kolluym in White Knight Castle, and secondly from Silif in Dark Squall's lair during the While Guthix sleeps quest.
Uses: Use on certain NPCs (a suspicious character, and Dark Squall) during the quest so that they can be teleported against their will.
Notes: The ease of Planting the teleorb on the NPC may be related to your thieving level.
