This topic has gained a huge interest, with over 70,000 page views, 130+ pages, 2600 replies, and some great image links to include in forum signatures to spread the word.

In other community news, The Tip.it Events Team (TET) is currently hosting the annual Slave Auction! Each year , a few of our users, as well as Staff members, are put on the auction block and all proceeds from the winning bids are put towards a public drop party. You can even try your luck and purchase the services of a Tip.it Administrator! Last year upwards of 50 million GP was raised and the party had a great turnout. We hope this year will be even better for all to enjoy!

Hi everyone. Because of our recent move to a new server, we've had to disable the system we use to upload new or revised content to the main site. Because of this, this week's Tip.It Times will be delayed. But don't worry, your weekly Times should be available soon - I expect it to be uploaded at the very latest tomorrow, Saturday, 25th November.

Tip.It is pleased to announce that the first draft of our Hunter Guide is now available! This brand new guide features a table sorted by skill level for easy reference, as well as self-contained instructions for each hunting method, directions to each hunting area, and information on obtaining clothing and making other useful items from hunting drops.

We will continue to add additional information and details to the guide as they become available, but we wanted to bring you our very best information right away! The Interim Hunter Guide that we uploaded for you yesterday is no longer available. If you’ve got some good information you feel should be added to the new guide, then by all means, let us know! Any corrections or comments should be submitted here.

A very big thanks to the Tip.It Crewbies who sacrificed their personal and game time to bring us this helpful guide!

The server that runs our Community Forum will be offline for a short while while maintenance is performed. We hope to have this finished as soon as possible.

UPDATE - Forum back online , a few outages may occur in the next few days as the system is transitioned to a new server, but should be minimal.

Hi everyone. As I’m sure you all know by now, the long-awaited Hunting Skill was released today. In an effort to help you take your first tentative steps in the world of hunting, we’ve prepared an Interim Hunting Guide to help you. Now remember, this guide is only temporary – we will be releasing our full version very soon.

We are constantly working on improvements all over site but some are harder to archieve than others, and one of these is the way the forum handles traffic.

We have been working for long time to optimize our forum software and server, and we have now decided to once again to open the Runescape News updates to posting, creating one central place to find the fastest news about the updates.

This is where we need your help - you can help by not only visiting the banner sites on Tip.It, but also by being patient while some pages load on the forum server. We'd like your opinons as well. We wish to test this new setup while we are still on the old server and the results are not influenced by the new & better hardware that will kick in in few days. ...

BTW Congratz to those three lucky players who were online at the right time and were able to get listed in the top scores for the new hunting skill so fast ... Venom0619, Xaver 89 and Wyxor.

Finally, you may have noticed that we've reorganized the menu on the left-hand side of the page. We've added a new section called DATABASES, and this is where you'll now find our Bestiary and our Quest Guides. We hope this will make things a bit easier to find -- be sure to keep your eye on the menu for an exciting new addition coming soon!

It has come to our attention that the server which handles sending out emails from within our network has had a slight problem in the past day or two.

This issue has now been resolved and emails being sent out from our forum should now work as expected, if any user created a new account, or changed details which caused you to reactivate your account, we ask that you use the "Resend Activation" feature found on the forum's login page before submitting an account problem report.
