Tip.It Times »

A new issue of the Tip.It Times is available.

In the Tip.It Times this week we have Stormveritas' featured article: "In Need of Intervention" where he takes an interesting look at goals in Runescape. Our accompanying article is "The Dungeoneering Magical Mishap" where Racheya looks at the unbalanced combat triangle in Dungeoneering and whether or not the Celestial Surgebox really makes magic a viable combat skill in Daemonheim. We also have the next part of Ts_Stormrage's fictional series: "A Fremennik Trial" with Chapter 3 - Fremennik Wile.

After taking a read through your favourite articles, be sure to discuss them on the discussion topic!

Herblore Habitat Concept Art »

In light of the Herblore Habitat content update, Jagex has kindly supplied more Concept Art for viewing on our Jagex Page. They can be viewed by scrolling down to Batch 5. In this batch, the first image is exclusive to Tip.It while the remaining are exclusive to platinum support-level fansites.

We are also in the process of gathering questions for a syndicated interview between multiple fansites on this new content. The interview will be with Jagex content developers behind the Herblore Habitat content. If you would like to ask a question in this interview, head over to our forums. Keep your eyes open for this interview coming soon!

Stay tuned for help site content on this new activity! Guides, items database entries, shops database entries and much more...

Tip.It Times »

A new issue of the Tip.It Times is available.

This week, our featured article is "Whether You Love It or Hate It, You Simply Can't Ignore It" by Emerson. We have the article "Runescape is Running Away From Me" by Deathmath and Chapter 2 of Ts_Stormrage's fictional series "A Fremmenik Trial".

After taking a read through your favorite articles, be sure to discuss them on the discussion topic!

Items Database Change »

We have adjusted how the Items Database handles Dungeoneering items today. You will no longer find a Dungeoneering category in the drop down menu of categories. Instead when searching for items you have the option of specifying whether you're looking for an item only found in Daemonheim, not found in Daemonheim or found in both areas. We hope that this will make searching for exactly what you need that much easier!

The Items Database is a database filled to the brim with every item available in RuneScape, including specialty items, quest items and Dungeoneering items. If you ever lose something and want to know how to get it back, chances are the Items Database could tell you!

Tip.It Times »

A new issue of the Tip.It Times is available.

We have another super packed Tip.It Times this week! Our second pair of Writing Contest winners have their articles published. So, if you want to read some great articles from our very own community, then read Jonanananas' editorial "Communication, not Community!" about how Jagex's continuing focus on community may be leading to a big lack in real communication. Also, check out Vampelf27's Fremmenik set, untitled fictional article.

Then we have articles from our Editorial Panel! ForsakenMage's accompanying article "A Communications Silent" takes a very unique look at communication in Runescape and gaming in general. Also, if you still feel like some more great Fremmenik fictional after reading Vampelf27's article, make sure to read Chapter 1 of Ts_Stormrage's fictional series "A Fremennik Trial".

After taking a read through your favourite articles, be sure to discuss them on the discussion topic!

Tip.It Times »

A new issue of the Tip.It Times is available.

This week we have a very special Times, the winners of the Writing Contest are having their articles published. So, if you want to read some really great articles, check out sees_all1's editorial "Those 5% of Free Players" that takes a look at the Dungeoneering xp cap for F2P players, or Dexek's fictional article "Prologue: Rain, Rain, Go Away" which tells the story of a prisoner about to face death.

And if those two great articles aren't enough, we have more! Our accompanying article is "A Brief History of the History of RuneScape" by Necromagus, and talks about the place that story has in Runescape and the greater roleplaying world. The Times this week also has another article: "A Fremennik Trial: Prologue" by Ts_Stormrage is the first part of an epic 8 part fictional series, to be published right up until Christmas, and set in the Fremennik province sometime after the events of Blood Runs Deep.

After taking a read through your favorite articles, be sure to discuss them on the discussion topic!

Autumn Clan Chronicle »

The Clan Chronicle is back with its biggest issue yet – which is saying something. In addition to a summary of the Tip.It Clan Tournament 2010 and a special on collaboration between paired clans in the 2vs2, there is a big article on the skill that just got its final big update; Dungeoneering, and how it has affected the clan world! If you are new to the clan world, or are just interested in clan history, we have a great article about how the world of clans has evolved since early classic and today. You can also read about size of clans, RuneScape names and what more could we possibly offer? Oh yeah, a fresh JaGex interview with mostly clan related questions!

If you have opinions or comments to any of the articles you have read, please post them in the discussion topic in Clan Discussions.

Will you use Menaphos to train your skills?
