Examine	Looks like the leader of the Myreque. Leader of the Burgh de Rott Myreque.
Correction:

Location	During the In Search of the Myreque quest Veliaf can be found in the basement of the pub in Canifis. After the In Aid of the Myreque quest he an be found in the basement of the pub in Burgh de Rott. After completion of the Lord of Vampyrium quest, he can be found at the sundial north of the Canifis lodestone.
Correction:

Veliaf is the leader of the Myreque. During the In Search of the Myreque quest you deliver some weapons (1 steel long sword, 2 steel short swords, 1 steel dagger, 1 steel mace, and 1 steel warhammer) to help his group survive.
During the In Aid of the Myreque quest, you help him set up a new hideout in Burg de Rott.
During the Darkness of Hallowvale quest he will ask you to help the Myreque in Meiyerditch.
During the Legacy of Seergaze quest he will ask you to deliver a crate of supplies to the Myreque in Meiyerditch.
During the Darkness of Hallowvale quest he will ask you to investigate a strange cave entrance south of the bank in Berg de Rott and then to go to the Meiyerditch base and tell them about it.
At the Canifis sundial he will ask for your help to build 10 statues in memory of the fallen heroes'. Only one statue can be built a day.
