Location	Located within the bar north of the Exit Portal in the Player-Owned Ports area.

Notes	Surula the Barmaid suffers from a rare Eastern affliction that gives her tentacles around her face. Those who have these mutations are called 'sea orphans.' You can speak to her on Thursdays to get new gossip. If accepted, it will replace your third random voyage with one called "The Barmaid's Tip." These missions can only be received on a Thursday. She also sells Beer for 1gp.
