Location	Found in Draynor, north of the bank and surrounded by buildings. Empyrean Citadel during Missing, Presumed Death.
Correction:

Talk to Relomia to learn about Sliske. If you join this faction, you will receive a banner of Sliske, the "of Sliske" suffix title and a book of the Gods.

If you are allied with the Sliske faction, Relomia will assign a number of combat, skill and exploration tasks. Completion of these awards additional chapters in the Book of the Gods, and upgrades for the banner of Sliske. See the God Emissaries guide for more information.

During Missing, Presumed Death, Relomia is unreachable but will say humourous things about Sliske out loud.
