Correction:

Location	South of the Goblin Village, at the Scarecrow/Bandos remains site.
Correction:

Goutbones functions as a "story teller" for the Beast and the Bird world event. He tells players of the war that occurred between Armadyl and the late Bandos in his own words as a goblin follower of Bandos.

He will also allow players to see the opening and closing cutscenes of the world event, replaying both the beginnings of the war and Bandos' death. He explains where to find the rewards after the event has finished, as well as postulating about another big high war-god to replace Bandos, and Armadyl potentially fighting against Saradomin in the future.
