Location	Wizard Chambers can be found on Tuska's back and on the bridge to Al Kharid south of Lumbridge.

Notes	During the Third World Event after teleporting onto Tuaka's back the first time you had to speak to him first before you could take part in the World Event. He gives you an introduction to Tuaka's back and the event that happens once an hour on the hour. If you have any Tuska fragments, he will exchange them for 5 reward currency per fragment.
