Correction:

Location	Enakhra's Temple during Enakhra's Lament Ritual site during Ritual of the Mahjarrat Empyrean Citadel during Missing, Presumed Death. During the Dishonour among Thieves quest he can initially be found in Zemouregal's fortress with Zemouregal.
Correction:

Notes	During Missing, Presumed Death, speak with Zemouregal, Enakhra, or General Khazard or Hazeel to find out why the Zamorakian Mahjarrat are at the citadel, whether or not they're still loyal to Zamorak, and what is stopping the Mahjarrat from entering.
