Location:	During the Darkness of Hallowvale, the Branches of Darkmeyer, and the Legacy of Seergaze quests he can be found in the Myreque headquarters hideout in Sanguinesti. At the start of the Lord of Vampyrium quest he can be found at the Icyene graveyard south-east of Meiyerditch.
Notes:	During the Branches of Darkmeyer quest he asks you sketch plans of castle Drakan. During the Legacy of Seergaze quest he will help you to create an Ivandis flail . During the Darkness of Hallowvale quest you will take his place meeting Vanescula Drakan.
