Notes	If you have recently stole from this stall, the owner will not speak to you. If it has been 10 minutes since you stole from him, you can negotiate to sell him silk. Offer to take 200 and he will refuse. Offer 120 and he'll offer 50. If you've completed the Dragon Slayer quest you can insist on 60. Offer 80 and he'll offer 40. If you've completed the Dragon Slayer quest you can insist on 50. Offer 20 and he'll accept. He will NOT buy noted silk. Prices
